A little about me: I am adjunct faculty at Indian River State College, my PhD is in education specializing in nursing education. I put together a simulation program for 11 hospitals for staff development training. My Masters degree prepared me for being a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Emergency/Critical Care nursing 50% of work hours focused on ER nursing education and staff development. My teaching experience dates back to the 1990's as an Instructor for AHA's Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and faculty for ENA's Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC). I have reviewed several textbooks on Forensic and ER nursing for publishers and wrote questions for NCLEX-RN review books as well as ENAs revised TNCC course.
